Monarda - Bee Balm

Monarda, otherwise know as Bee Balm is a very hardy perennials. It grows very rapidly. It spreads so choice wisely where you want to plant it. Bee Balm is easily divided in the spring or fall and will re-root with ease. Monarda is a great perennial in any hummingbird garden the absolutely love any Bee Balm Plant. In addition as the Monarda's flowers pass if you cut the plants back about half way to the ground you will get multiple blooms throughout the year! This is a beautiful and hardy species and I know anyone would be pleased to have it in their perennial or hummingbird garden.
